Moises de Marchena & Sons is a full-service DSD distributor that has been operating in the Dutch Caribbean Islands for over 90 years. We represent select, market-dominant brands and provides a full array of services and logistics to support both our suppliers and our customers.

We have an outstanding track record of building profitable market share, developing brands and creating long-term valuable relationships.

Our Sales, Business Development and Marketing teams work with suppliers and customers to create individual, optimal marketing plans and our Operations and Merchandising teams ensure that the right inventory is delivered at the right time.

Our wide product catalog allows us to be suppliers of shops, companies and institutions in general sense. We have an extensive portfolio of clients in the sectors of supermarkets, tourism, hotels, mom & pop stores, gift shops, among others.

1925

Moises de Marchena & Sons was founded in Curacao.

1935

Appointed exclusive distributor for Ponds Extract Co.

1972

Moises de Marchena & Sons Aruba was setup.

1986

Moises de Marchena & Sons St. Maarten was opened Serving St. Maarten and the islands around it.

1998

Business was taken over by John Moron and Robert Moron.

2001

St. Maarten became exclusive distributor for Unilever.

2002

Curacao became exclusive distributor for Unilever.

2003

New Office and warehouse facility was completed in Curacao with total warehouse space of 15000 sq Feet.

2007

New Office and warehouse facility was completed in Aruba

2009

Doubled our warehouse space in Curaçao.

WHAT WE DO

We serve the Dutch Caribbean Islands with full-service, frozen/chilled/dry local replenishment. With warehouses and truck fleets on Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, it can meet all the distribution needs. We service all retail and food service channels, including all large- and small-format establishments.

We believe in building brands

Moises de Marchena & Sons believes in building up brands and not just distributing products. Together with our suppliers we make yearly advertising and promotional plans for all our products.

We have weekly in store promotions and use newspaper, radio and local TV to achieve brand awareness. We also have merchandiser on all islands to make sure that we get proper shelf spacing in all the outlets.

Merchandising

Moises de machena & Sons invest heavily in Merchandising on the islands. We have a merchandising team in all our offices to make sure your product is well displayed in all the outlet stores.
